We seek applicants with a bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred). If you haven’t earned your CPA license, we provide our accountants with study materials to prepare for the exam and paid time off to study. Philosophy

At Tailored CPAs, we are a true "team". Team members at all levels contribute to client services. Team members work together and are exposed to diverse projects and collaborate with other team members at all levels from interns to partners.

Training Opportunities

We value education at Tailored CPAs and provide opportunities for team members to attend CPE in various locations throughout the country. We encourage team members to become involved in areas of interest to them and to further their education through expense paid training at our firm. We also pay for study materials for all staff accountants who sit for the CPA exam.

Tailored CPAs' Team Activities

In addition to working together, the team takes time away from the office to recreate as well through our Firm sponsored “Fun Days”. Activities include team trip to Kalahari Resort at Wisconsin Dells, bicycle outing, picnic at Presque Isle, canoeing and kayaking the AuTrain River, hiking Hogsback Mountain and Sugarloaf, Hayes Corn Maze along with attending and entertaining in our corporate suite at NMU hockey games.
